Tomatoes, Cherry & Slicer
Strait Neck and Pattipan Squash
Cucumber, Pickling and Slicer
Green Beans
Bell Pepper
New Potatoes
Shelled Field Peas
Roots (beets, carrots, turnips, radish)
Greens  (Swiss chard, mustard greens)
Microgreens (kale, herbs, radish, mustard) 

Fruit– Cantaloupe, Watermelon, Blueberries, Peaches


Fresh Herbs – terragon, thyme, basil, oregano, cilantro, parsley, micro sorrel


Meats – Seafood from the Gulf, Salmon, Pasture Raised Beef, Lamb, Pork, and Chicken, Eggs.

Dairy products – cow’s & goat’s milk cheeses, drinkable goat milk yogurt, goat milk caramel sauce.

Artisan food – pies, frozen treats, homemade bread, croissants, macarons and cookies,  Texas olive oil and vinegar, gluten-free prepared dishes + bars + breads, jerky, tamales, spice blends,  locally roasted coffee, salsa and chips,  flavored nuts, pasta + ravioli + sauces, granola, honey, jams and jellies,  and more.
