Meet Our Vendors

Get to know your farmer, rancher, producer, grower, baker, fisherman, dairyman, soap maker, and even your dog biscuit maker to learn many interesting stories behind your food. For various reasons, not every vendor will be at every market; however this listing is for our most current vendors. Our farmers use various growing methods. To clarify, the produce vendors’ descriptions contain information about their farming methods: Certified Organic, Sustainably Grown, or Conventional.

Chef Milton Gourmet

Chef Milton, closeupMilton Aschner’s second career after advertising allowed him to follow his culinary passion. Post culinary school, he became a personal chef, then created Chili-Honey Roasted Nuts for people to snack on while having cocktails. Branching out, he added a sea salt line that now includes fifteen flavors, the most popular of which is the Smoked Atlantic Sea Salt and Pepper Mélange. From start to finish, he smokes, grinds and mixes all of his salts and spices himself. Chef Milton sells at the CFM on the third Saturday of each month.
