Grandma Baskin’s Peach Cobbler

Here’s a favorite of our market manager’s, Amanda Austin. Her Grandmother Baskin’s peach cobbler.

1 *homemade pie crust (or store bought), cut into 1 inch strips. 4 Cups of ripe peaches , skinned and pitted 1 Cup of sugar 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter, cut into bits Ice cream

Customer Appreciation Day May 19

In celebration of the community that supports the Coppell Farmers Market, shoppers will be treated to free cold lemonade and a chef demonstration on Saturday, May 19th.

Food Day for Kids Photos and Wrap Up

Last Saturday, April 28th, the Coppell Farmers Market (CFM) hosted an estimated 300 + children for Food Day for Kids, a market-day event that aims to teach the significance of food and farming in our daily lives. Children learned hands-on as they made their way through six stations and eventually earned a $3.00 Veggie Voucher to spend at the Coppell Farmers Market.
