Missy and Mark Smits have lived in Coppell since 1992. All four of their kids have graduated from Coppell HS – 3 of the 4 kids followed mom and dad and attended Texas A&M University. After retirement from Corporate America, Mark and Missy planted a vineyard in Milano, Texas, in 2017 and began making wine in 2020. Descarado Wines has all the required TABC permits to be able to sell wine in an open market.
