Originally from Argentina, Raul Gordon developed all the recipes for his empanadas. Inside his thin, strong dough, he uses all fresh ingredients and nothing out of a can. Along with his Indonesian wife, Miming, they run a restaurant, catering events, and raise their two kids. If you time it right, you might even catch Raul playing the guitar at his restaurant.
