Hippos and Hashbrowns is a woman-owned baking business operating out of a commercial kitchen in east Dallas. Everything is made from scratch using high quality ingredients such as organic flour, local pastured eggs, and produce from local farmers such as in season berries and local, sustainable honey. Being a part of a farmer’s market means more than selling my own products; it also carries a responsibility to promote the farmers and ranchers who make it possible for the rest of us to be there!
