Joe the Baker brings French macaroons, chocolate truffles, quick breads (including gluten-free) and special celebration pastries to the Coppell Farmers Market. He readily takes custom orders, and teaches fun, relaxed cooking classes in the DFW area, including classes at your location for up to eight people. Chef Joseph Baker initially cultivated discipline and precision, skills every pastry chef needs, in the U.S. Army and learned classical French preparations at L’Academie de Cuisine in Washington, DC, then put all those skills to use working in prestigious restaurants and as a Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu, Dallas.
