Apply to Be a Vendor

The Coppell Farmers Market primarily hosts food and agricultural producers. We also host a limited number of vendors who make and sell household goods, like skincare and cleaning products.

Plant growers qualify as agricultural producers as long as they grow what they sell. See the Vendor Handbook for growing requirements.

Makers/growers who meet this criteria can submit an application.

We offer a free booth (canopy and table included) for students and community organizations. Please register by submitting a form and selecting your preferred market day. Market staff will confirm your registration within 10 days of receipt.

Qualifications

• Students and student groups (K-12)
• Dallas County-based organizations registered as either a federal or state nonprofit
• Local organizations whose mission aligns with our mission
• City-affiliated programs and City departments

If your business qualifies to vend at our market and holds the required licenses and certifications for your vendor type, submit an application. Please note that we’re not accepting any new sweets vendors.
