Chef Demo THIS Saturday!

Dallas Chef Hugh Stewart will teach and entertain on Saturday, November 5th for the Coppell Farmers Market Chef Demo series.  In preparation for Thanksgiving cooking, Chef Stewart will demonstrate his go-to turkey brining method, along with the preparation of favorite holiday side dishes.  Samples and recipes will be provided to attendees. The Event starts at 10:00am and goes until it’s done.

The Coppell Farmers Market encourages participants to scope out the seasonal produce options and plan your locavore Thanksgiving meal, and bring along your favorite kitchen knives to be sharpened by occasional vendor, Mobile Knive Sharpening. It will be a morning dedicated to culinary excellence!

More about Chef Hugh Stewart: Thirty three year old Hugh Stewart is the driving force behind the culinary team at Chamberlain’s Fish Market Grill.  While attending El Centro College he received the culinary training and knowledge he would need to be successful in his career. Following culinary school, Hugh went on to become the Executive Chef of Dallas’ own Jeroboam. While working his way up the ranks from pantry to Executive Chef, Hugh received extensive classical French training from his mentors. Heading up the culinary team along with Chef Chamberlain, Hugh is turning heads with his world class cuisine and off menu features. While traveling and living in Central America and the Caribbean for over five years Hugh learned about the exotic flavor of the Caribbean and Spanish cuisines which helped him to develop his palette and enhance his knowledge of culinary arts. Prior to his experience on Utila, Hugh was a well-respected chef in the Dallas area, having been written up in the Dallas Morning News, D Magazine, and as a featured chef for the Texas Hill Country Food and Wine Festival. Now at Chamberlains Fish Market Grill, Hugh is bringing everything he learned on his travels to your table for your enjoyment.
