This year the Coppell Farmers Market will host its Seventh Annual Farm to Table Dinner. Historically, tickets for the summertime dinner were sold by late April, but not this year. Save the date for a Fall Season dinner, scheduled for Saturday, October 14th. Come early (7:30am) on Saturday, August 12th to purchase tickets.
More about the Dinner: Our Farm to Table Dinner honors the food producers and farmers, market shoppers and supporters, and everyone who participates in fostering community through the Coppell Farmers Market.
One hundred twenty dinner guests are treated to a one-of-a-kind culinary experience. The six course dinner features ingredients sourced from our market’s farmers, ranchers, and artisan producers. Dinner guests are seated on either side of one long linen-covered table on the patio of the Coppell Senior and Community Center at Grapevine Springs Park. Courses and drinks are served by brigade of volunteers.
The dinner is led by Chefs Victoria and Robby Hooker, and is supported by the donated time and talents of many community members. The Hookers have been CFM vendors for nearly ten years. Their vision, creativity, and commitment to giving back make this event possible.
To honor the generosity of all involved in such an endeavor, there will be just one dinner hosted this year. The chefs and dinner organizers have settled on a fall event so that all may enjoy the season’s fair weather and bold flavors.
Ticket sale proceeds will support the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (Lone Star Card) at the market, along with additional promotion of the Coppell Farmers Market.
