Charlie’s Mustard LLC makes artisan mustards and mustard sauces. We have a wide variety of mustards (now 18 varieties) that are sure to please any palate. Some of our biggest-selling mustards are Roasted Garlic, Beer (made with Shiner Bock), Bacon, Vidalia Onion, Traditional Yellow, and Dijon. Some of our other varieties include pineapple, maple syrup, honey, red onion, and Hatch Chili Pepper. We also have a wide assortment of mustard sauces, including Tarragon, Dill, Ginger, Spicy, and original.
