Texas Curds is family-owned and operated by fourth-generation dairy producers. All products are made here in the state of Texas, using only Texas-produced milk from local farmers, paying fair milk prices. Great pride is taken not only in producing top-quality cheese but also in maintaining an economically green footprint, where possible. The cheeses never contain fillers or unnatural additives.
