NEWS FLASH! April at the CFM

NEWS FLASH: In April the Coppell Farmers Market returns to a weekly schedule after a successful winter season!

More than thirty vendors provided groceries to the Coppell community through the winter months. Big thank you to customers who showed up on the poorest winter weather days.

Celebrate with us on April 14th, when we’ll team with ecoCoppell’s Earthfest, and April 28th, when we’ll host a special market day that caters to kids (details below).

Visit every Saturday this month to discover the best fruits of the season and new vendors. Customers are already enjoying spring delicacies, like strawberries and asparagus.  Grocery shoppers will choose from twenty-four ranchers and farmers this spring; that’s five more than last year.

Among familiar products (superb meat, egg, and dairy, just harvested vegetables and fruits, and grocery staples) these items are new to the lineup:

  • Handmade bagels
  • Kombucha
  • Homemade hummus, Mediterranean dips, and pita chips
  • Pickled cucumbers, brined in local craft beer

See What’s Fresh for an up-to-date, weekly listing of produce.
