Our winter visit to the cutest pie shop in all of East Texas made us feel so proud to call these pie makers ours.
Just Pie is owned and operated by Texas State Fair award winning baker, Shannon Arnold Foltz. Mom and Pop are in on the business, too. “Mama Pie” runs the kitchen at the Quinlan shop, where they make 600 pies a week, and Shannon’s Dad, Melvin, sells pies at the Coppell Farmers Market on Saturdays.
