What started as Saturday morning pancakes became something much bigger. A dosa is a popular South Indian, thin, savory crepe made from a fermented rice and lentil batter. Our pancakes are a high-protein, 100% whole-grain breakfast. Together, they’re the best of both worlds. Our ethos is the marriage of Texas and Indian elements — because that’s exactly who we are.
