Founded by Justin Runyon in 2020, Runyon Coffee uses a coffee roasting process inspired by Texas to produce single-origin roasts and blends of all different roast levels. From their premier “Weekend Roast”, a dirty-blonde Kenyan bean, to their dark roasted “Hump Day Blend”, you’ll find something no matter what your coffee taste preferences might be. And, with every purchase, you’re supporting a Texas coffee company!
Runyon Coffee sources beans from Colombia, Kenya, Guatemala, Nicaragua and more to roast true Texas coffee beans. They’re proud to be at the Coppell Farmers Market every weekend with all the area’s best farmers and vendors, and they especially love doing collaborations with other Coppell Farmers Market bakers and artisans!
