Artisan food – gluten-free prepared dishes + bars + breads, pies, frozen treats, homemade bread, croissants, macarons and cookies,  Texas olive oil and vinegar,  jerky, tamales, spice blends,  locally roasted coffee, salsa and chips,  flavored nuts, pasta + ravioli + sauces, granola, honey, jams and jellies,  and pickles.
