The Dessert – Order from Just Pie for pick up on Wednesday at 3:00pm.   Try Shannon’s 2015 State Fair Blue Ribbon Best in Class and Best in Show pie – Lemon Chess Pie! Melvin says, “It’s not the best looking pie but the judges gave it two blue ribbons, including the top one.”  Or choose their always scrumptious pumpkin or pecan pies.

Pumpkin, pumpkin  . . . (flavor!) everywhere – muffin mix, bread (including gluten-free), dip mix, ginger pumpkin spice cookies, pumpkin pie flavor in the macaron variety box, pumpkin seed granola.

Seasonal extras – cranberry walnut bread, Paul Wackym’s maple pecan or apple cheddar cookies, Custom Café has spice bread mix and hot chocolate flavors with Celebration peppermint and Texas Cocoacino (a cappuccino), cranberry cheese ball.

Breakfasts – coffee, drinkable goat milk yogurt, bacon, sausage, eggs, smoked salmon, breads and honey.

The obvious – turkey, ham, special cuts that are all best to preorder, sweet potatoes, winter squashes, green beans, gourmet mushrooms, seasonal veggies, fresh herbs, lettuces, dressings, breads, salts and seasonings, olive oil, local pecans, ravioli and pasta.

Nibbles – seasoned nuts, pickled vegetables, artisan cheeses, smoked salmon, dip mixes, chips and salsa, tamales, beef jerky.

Hostess gifts – soaps, scrubs, olive oil . . . or any of the above!

This week wraps up the last of the weekly markets for 2015. Never fear, however. Winter markets return December 5 with twice a month markets through March.
