Roots (beets, carrots, turnips, radish)
Greens  (asian choys, Swiss chard, collards, kale, mustard greens, lettuce) 
Hothouse Tomatoes, Zuchinni, Cucumber, Green Beans
Green Onions
Broccoli, Cauliflower, cabbage
Sugar Snap Peas
Oyster Mushrooms
Microgreens (kale, herbs, radish, mustard) 

Fresh Herbs – basil, oregano, cilantro, parsley, micro sorrel

Meats – Salmon is here!  Find pastured beef, lamb, pork, and chicken raised on a natural diet, eggs.

Dairy products – cow’s & goat’s milk cheeses, drinkable goat milk yogurt, goat milk caramel sauce.

Artisan food – gluten-free prepared dishes + bars + breads, jerky, tamales, spice blends,  locally roasted coffee, salsa and chips,  breads, croissants, macarons, Texas olive oil, vinegar,  flavored nuts, pasta + ravioli + sauces, granola, honey, jams and jellies,  and more.

Other – doggie biscuits, soaps, soy candles, sugar scrubs, room sprays, lip balm.
