These ingredients can be found this Saturday at the Coppell Farmers Market:
– Fresh Herbs, minced
– 1 Tblspn Olive Oil or Butter
– 1 bunch Mustard Greens or any Other Green
– 4 large eggs
– 1/2 cup of Grated Cheese
Tips: Use frozen crust to cut prep time. Sub any type of green, including: chard, pac choi, spinach or arugula.
