Hot House Crops: Tomatoes, Zucchini, Cucumber, Green Beans, Eggplant, Bell Pepper
Roots (beets, carrots, turnips, radish)
Greens  (Swiss chard, collards, kale, mustard greens, lettuce) 
Green Onions
Broccoli, Cauliflower, cabbage
Sugar Snap Peas
Oyster Mushrooms
Microgreens (kale, herbs, radish, mustard) 

Fruit– Hothouse Strawberries, Early Peaches

Fresh Herbs – basil, oregano, cilantro, parsley, micro sorrel

Meats – Salmon is here!  Find pastured beef, lamb, pork, and chicken raised on a natural diet, eggs.

Dairy products – cow’s & goat’s milk cheeses, drinkable goat milk yogurt, goat milk caramel sauce.

Artisan food – Texas olive oil, vinegar, gluten-free prepared dishes + bars + breads, jerky, tamales, spice blends,  locally roasted coffee, salsa and chips,  breads, croissants, macarons, flavored nuts, pasta + ravioli + sauces, granola, honey, jams and jellies,  and more.

Other – soaps, soy candles, sugar scrubs, room sprays, lip balm, doggie biscuits.
